Warehouses

The Nobi Pro system integrates warehouse management features to help online business owners easily manage the inventory of their branches.

For store owners, besides managing sales activities, inventory management is an equally important task.

Effective management of goods in the warehouse will enhance the efficiency of the store's business operations. It is essential to be aware of the inventory status and the history of product inflow and outflow.

Each branch of the system will have a warehouse. To manage the warehouse of the branch, you need to go to Setup -> General Settings -> Warehouse

**Note:

  • For branches without a warehouse, you will be allowed to add a new warehouse.

  • Each branch can only have one warehouse. For branches that already have a warehouse, you are only allowed to update the warehouse.

1. Add a new warehouse for the new branch

At the inventory management interface, to add a new warehouse, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Click "Add warehouse" -> The form to add a warehouse is displayed

Step 2: Enter information into the form

Step 3: Click "Add"

*** Note: Warehouse information, the warehouse address is the address to send to the shipping company when there is an order to send to the shipping company. The shipper will follow this warehouse address to pick up the goods.

2. Warehouse Adjustment for Branch

At the inventory management interface to update the warehouse, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the three dots on the right side of the warehouse

Step 2: Click "Edit" -> The update form will be displayed

Step 3: Enter the information that needs to be updated

Step 4: Click "Update"
