Setting up return processing and order discount

1. Return goods

Return handling setup: This is the setup for return fees for orders that have been returned in the status of Returned and display a red processing button at the end of the order. If the return fee is not entered, Nobi Pro will by default charge a return fee of $0.

• Manual processing of each return order: If this option is enabled, when there is a return order in the status of being returned to Nobi Pro, the user will have to press the process button to handle each return order individually in order to enter the return fee and return quantity, cancel to have the stock added back to the inventory

• Automatic restocking to inventory: If this option is enabled, when the user enters the return fee in the return fee field below, the system will automatically process the return and add the returned items back to inventory for orders that have been marked as returned

2. Discount:

(1) Set default discount: This is to set the default for entering the order discount as a percentage or as an amount.

• % (Percentage)

(2) Allow negative discount: When this option is enabled, it allows users to enter negative values for discount types when creating an order. Conversely, if the option is turned off, negative values cannot be entered into the discount fields.
