(1) Allow to select warehouse belonging to another branch: By default, when an order is placed at a branch, inventory is deducted from that branch's warehouse. In cases where an order is closed at branch A but the customer is closer to branch B and wants to place the order at branch B for packing and shipping to the customer, this option can be turned on to allow placing an order at branch A but selecting warehouse B for inventory deduction. When the order is saved, it will be displayed at branch B.
(2) Allow sell product when out of stock: If you turn this On, you can sell a product even when its inventory is <=0. Conversely, if you turn it Off, you will not be allowed to sell a product when its inventory is <=0.
(3) Set inventory deduction when placing an order: The inventory of a product will be deducted according to your choice: - After placing the order: The product's inventory will be deducted immediately after you place the order. - After sending the order to the shipping company: The product's inventory will be deducted when your order is sent to the shipping company. - After the goods are picked up and prepared for delivery: The product's inventory will be deducted when the order is picked up and on its way to be delivered to the customer.
