# Statistics Of Returned Orders

The report shows you the number of return orders from each branch in a single day or a longer period depending on your choice. You can see the return orders by time, staff, product, or delivery firm.

To monitor the Returned Orders Report on the Nobi Pro administration page, follow **Overview -> Shipping Report -> Order Report -> Statistics of returned orders**. This report provides detailed information on the following aspects:

* Returned orders report by return reason
* Returned orders report by time
* Returned orders report by product
* Returned orders report by staff
* Returned orders report by carrier
