The "Tab all" displays a list of connected Fanpage/Shopee/Lazada/Zalo OA to Nobi Pro and connected to Nobi Chat. Here you can merge different chat channels into one group chat. 

To merge chats, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on Group Platform/Fanpage

Step 2: Enter group chat name

Step 3: Select at least 2 connections

Step 4: Choose one of two ways.

* Choose **Group and go on** (The system will save the newly created group chat and take you to the conversation page)
* Choose **Go to selected conversation** (The system will take you to the conversation page without saving the group chat)

\*\*Note:&#x20;

Only Fanpages/Shopee/Lazada/Zalo OA that have connected Nobi Chat will be grouped into group chat.&#x20;

If there is no Fanpage/Shopee/Lazada/OA connected to Nobi Chat, the Platform/Fanpage Merge Mode button will not be clickable.&#x20;

You can enter Platform/Fanpage Merge Mode at all tab, Facebook tab, Shopee tab, Lazada tab, Zalo OA tab.

&#x20;On the all screen, the search function will only search by shop name/fanpage/OA, not group chat.
