Posts

The Articles section will display all the posts from the Fanpage that you have connected to the Nobi Pro system, helping you easily monitor the number of customer interaction comments and the number of phone numbers left on the comments of the posts.

To view the list of Posts, in the Nobi Pro admin page go to Nobi Chat -> Posts. The interface will be displayed as in the image below:

On the post listing page, you can:

(1) View posts from a Fanpage (If you want to view posts from another Fanpage, click on the filter to select a different Fanpage)

(2) See the number of posts that have been synchronized to Nobi

(3) View the number of comments on all posts synchronized to Nobi

(4) View the number of customer phone numbers left on all posts on Nobi

(5) Link to the fanpage

(6) Search: Enter keywords to search for posts

(7) Display posts by hidden comments/turned off notifications/promotional posts

(8) Sort posts by: Likes, comments, phone numbers, newest post date, oldest post date.

(9) Display posts published within a time frame/specific period

(10) View post details

In the article details, you can:

(1) View the person who posted the article

(2) View the date the article was posted

(3) View the content of the article

(4) View the images of the article

(5) View the number of likes on the article

(6) View the number of comments on the article

(7) View the phone number if a customer leaves it in the comments

(8) Perform actions on the article

Actions performed on the article

  • (8.1) Hide comments on the post

  • (8.2) Turn off notifications for the post

  • (8.3) Send automatic messages to customers (See instructions for setting up automatic messages: HERE)

  • (8.4) Download comments from the post

  • (8.5) Download phone numbers customers left in the comments of the post
