In-store Sales
In addition to online sales, retail outlets and shops will also conduct transactions at their business locations. Regardless of the sales channel, it is essential to consolidate all orders to assess the business performance, revenue, and profit.
Therefore, Nobi Pro has integrated a feature for creating in-store sales orders. How is this feature utilized? Let's explore.
The sales channel interface is displayed as follows:
1. Sales setup
Step 1: Click on the settings button on the right side of the display page.
Step 2: Enter information into the form.
Step 3: Click "Save"
2. Add Products
Step 1: Click on the 'Thêm sản phẩm ' filter button at the top of the page or press F3 to display the list of products.
Step 2: Click on the '+' sign to the right of the product you wish to add to your cart.
3. Search products
Step 1: Click on "Scan" on the filter bar or press F10 to display the list of products.
Step 2: Click on the product you wish to add
4. Add customer
Step 1: Click on the '+' sign on the right side of the screen
Step 2: Fill out the Add Customer form
Step 3: Click "Create"
5. Search Customer
Step 1: Click on the "Find more customers" field on the right side of the screen
Step 2: A list of customer names will be displayed
Step 3: Click on the name of the customer you wish to search for
6. Multiple payment options available
Step 1: Click on "Add Payment Method" to display the list of available payment options.
Step 2: Select the desired payment method that the customer prefers.
7. Create an additional pending order
Step 1: Click on the '+' sign to the right of the current order
Step 2: The page displays a new order -> Add products / Process payment for the new customer
8. Select a Branch
Step 1: Click on the "Branch" field
Step 2: Click on your desired branch
