In the Nobi Pro admin page, navigate to Nobi Marketing -> Customer Service Campaigns -> Settings -> Tab Cài đặt SMTP

Before adding SMTP configuration, you need to obtain the SMTP configuration details. Wondering how to get this information? Don't worry, just follow the instructions below.

1. Retrieve SMTP Configuration Information

***Note: Below are the SMTP configuration instructions for emails with the @gmail format. If you are using an email with a different format, please contact your provider for configuration information.

1. Access the link and sign in to your Gmail account.

  1. Navigate to the Security section.

  2. Enable two-step verification (if this feature is currently disabled).

4. Retrieve application password

5. Click on the "Select App" -> "Choose Device" option to create an application-specific password.

6. Finally, click the "Create" button. The application password will be displayed, and the user should proceed to copy this password.

You have now completed gathering the SMTP configuration information. Let's proceed to add a new configuration!

2. Add configuration

Step 1: Click "Add configuration"

Step 2: Enter your information into the form to add SMTP configuration.

(1) Sending Email server: smtp.gmail.com

(2) Sending email gate: 587

(3) Sender's name: Enter the username you wish to assign for sending mail.

(4) Email Address: Enter your mail (5) Login account: Your Gmail account name (example@gmail.com) (6) Login Password: The Gmail app password you just copied in section (7) of Step 1. (7) SSL Security: on (8) Share to all user: Press "On" to share with all users to view, or "Off" if you do not wish to share.

Step 3: Click "Add"

3. Update configuration

At the configuration list interface, to update the configuration, please follow these steps:

(1) Click on the three dots to the right of the configuration

(2) Click "Modify"

(3) Enter the required information

(4) Click "Update"

4. Delete

At the configuration list interface, to delete a configuration, please follow these steps:

(1) Click on the three dots to the right of the configuration

(2) Seclect " Delete"

(3) Click "Delete"
