Campaign List Display Screen

  • Users can perform the following actions

1. View campaign details

Users can view the overview, campaign details, associated campaigns, lead list, and settings of that campaign.

2. Add Marketing campaign

To successfully add a new campaign.

Step 1: Users must enter all required fields marked with an asterisk *

Step 2: Click "Create"

3. Delete campaign

To delete a campaign, the user should click on the button with three dots and select "delete"

4. Edit campaigns

To delete a campaign, the user should click on the button with three dots and select "Modify"

After editing is complete, click "Update"

5. Merge campaigns

Merging campaigns is like if you're running multiple ad campaigns for selling hats, and now you want to consolidate them into one single campaign. You would proceed by selecting the campaigns you wish to merge and combine them together. After the user merges the campaigns, all leads from the various campaigns will be accumulated into one campaign.

Steps to merge campaigns are as follows: Step 1: Check the box of the campaigns you want to merge Step 2: Click on Merge The Campaigns Step 3: Set up the information before merging campaigns

Step 4: Click Merge to complete the campaign consolidation process.

Note: After merging campaigns, the parent campaign simply becomes a display of the aggregate of the sub-campaigns. The parent campaign will no longer be able to receive an advertising budget and the (+) sign to add an advertising budget will no longer appear. Instead, the (+) sign to add an advertising budget will be displayed on the sub-campaigns within that parent campaign.

6. Transfer campaign group

If you want to segment your campaigns for easier management, you can't overlook this essential campaign grouping feature.

The steps to transfer a group for a campaign are as follows: Step 1: Check the box of the campaign you want to move to a different group Step 2: Click on "Transfer the campaign group" Step 3: Select the group you wish to transfer the campaign to Step 4: Click "Confirm"

7. Excel export

Users can export the campaign file to Excel as follows:

(1) Select campaign

(2) Click : Tools

(3) Choose to export file to download campaign details

8. Campaign Filter

Users can filter by:

(1) Campaign Name

(2) Campaign Group

(3) Status

(4) Staff in Charge

(5) Create Date
