Configure display of orders on the order list view

1. Set up display tab

Users can customize the display interface of the order list to their liking by adding or removing, and rearranging the position of the tabs displaying the orders.

2. Other display information

(1) Priority shows the customer care notes: In the current order, there are two types of notes: delivery notes and customer service notes. By default, Nobi displays the delivery notes in the order display section. If our system wants to display the customer service notes for tracking purposes, this option can be enabled to show the customer service notes instead of the delivery notes.

(2) Allow edit order info after hand-overing to shipping: When this option is turned on, orders sent to the shipping company can be modified with customer information, customer service notes, shipping notes, quality checks, discounts, VAT, and deposits. However, these changes can only be made in the Nobi Pro system and will not be updated back to the shipping company. Conversely, turning off this option will lock the order information and prevent any further edits.

(3) Status after sending to the carrier: You will have 3 statuses to set after submitting the order to the carrier: In production, Packing, and Picking up. After the user submits the order to the carrier, the default will change to the status that the user selects here.
