Customer Source

To easily manage customers or customer sources, Nobi Pro supports the feature of creating customer sources to gather all customers from the same source into the system.

It can be seen that customer information flows into the system every day from many different sources, such as Facebook ads, websites, Ladipage, Zalo, etc. Therefore, the Nobi Pro system supports a feature to set up customer sources to help online business owners manage easily.

To set up a customer source, first you need to go to Setup -> General Settings -> Customer Source.

1. Add customer source

Step 1: Click "New customer source" -> The form to add a new customer source is displayed

Step 2: Enter customer source name

Step 3: Click "Add"

2. Update customer source

To update the customer source, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the three dots on the right side of the customer source

Step 2: Click "Update"

Step 3: Fill in the information on the Form Step 4: Click "Update"

3. Delete customer source

If you want to delete the customer source, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the three dots on the right side of the customer source

Step 2: Click "Update"

Step 3: Click "Delete"

Step 4: Click "Update"

4. Archived

Once "Customer Sources" are deleted, they will be archived and managed in the Archived tab after successful deletion. Users can either restore the customer source or permanently delete it from the system.

4.1 Restore customer source

To restore your customer base, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the three dots on the right side of the customer source

Step 2: Click "Restore"

Step 3: In the delete confirmation popup, click "Restore"

4.2 Delete permanently

To permanently delete a customer source, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the three dots on the right side of the customer source

Step 2: Click "Delete"

Step 3: In the delete confirmation popup, click "Delete"
