Here you can configure the tasks that employees need to perform for leads. Set up the outcomes upon completion of the tasks.

Running ads to attract customers and increase sales is always a strategy that online business owners implement. However, with a large number of leads coming in from advertising on Facebook, Zalo, websites, etc., how can you effectively manage these leads? How do you determine if a lead has converted into a sale or not? For leads that haven't resulted in orders, is it possible to contact the customer, or do they not answer the phone when called?

To help you troubleshoot this issue, the Nobi Pro system offers a task/result configuration feature that allows you to easily manage the influx of leads. So, how is this feature used? Let's find out right away.

Go to the Nobi Sales section -> Tasks/Results . The interface will be displayed as shown in the image below.
