The Conversation page manages the conversation list of all Fanpages/Shops/OAs that have been connected to the system and linked with Nobi Chat. You can:

• View conversation by channel: FB/Shopee/Lazada/Zalo OA

• View the conversation of specify connection

• Send/receive message

• Filter conversations

• Manipulating conversations

• Create orders

• View orders with duplicate phone numbers

• Automatically manage orders
