Print Order

Allow users to set up the display of information on the order printout form:

1. Display information when printing

  1. Hide the seller's province/district/ward when printing: When printing orders, some shops require not displaying the address, so when this option is turned off, only the specific address of the seller will be shown on the printout, while the seller's province, district, and ward will be hidden. Conversely, if this option is turned on, the full address of the seller will be displayed when printing the order.

  2. Hide a portion of the seller's phone number when printing: Some shops have the need to hide the seller's phone number when printing orders. Therefore, when this option is turned on, a portion of the seller's phone number will be hidden. Conversely, if this option is turned off, the full phone number of the seller will be displayed when printing the order.

  3. Hide the province/district/commune of the buyer when printing: When this option is on, only the specific address of the buyer will be displayed when printing the order, while the province, district, and commune of the buyer will be hidden. Conversely, if this option is turned off, the full address of the buyer will be displayed when printing the order.

  4. Hide a portion of the buyer's phone number when printing: When this option is on, part of the buyer's phone number will be hidden when printing the order. Conversely, if this option is turned off, the full phone number of the buyer will be displayed when printing the order.

  5. Transfer into "Waiting for collection" status when printing: When this option is selected, printing an order for a particular order will change its status to "Awaiting Collection". Conversely, if the option is off, the order will remain in its previous status after the printing action is completed.

  6. Automatic pagination for orders with multiple products:

    • POS order

    • Shopee order

    • Lazada order

    • Tiktok order
