# Cross-check

In the reconciliation section, there are two parts: Payment Cross-check and Return order Cross-check

Here, you can perform order reconciliation to check which orders have been matched with the correct amount, identify any discrepancies in prices, verify which orders have been correctly returned, and pinpoint any orders that have been returned with missing items. 

Nobi can assist you with reconciling orders from Shopee, TikTok, and various logistics providers such as Giao Hang Tiet Kiem, VNPost, Viettel Post, J\&T, Giao Hang Nhanh, and Best Express.
