Print Sample

Allows users to create and manage print templates effectively, catering to tasks related to products, sales, purchasing, inventory dispatch, payment, and more.

At the Nobi Pro admin page, to configure the print template, go to Applications -> Print Templates. The interface will be displayed as shown below.

1. Add Printing Template

At the print template list screen to add a new print template, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the "Add printing template" button -> The Add New form will be displayed.

Step 2: Enter information into the form

(1) Select a print template group: Contract, Quotation, Sales, Warehouse Receipt, Delivery Note, Receipt, Payment Voucher. If creating a sales invoice, choose the Sales group.

(2) Current paper sizes include: A4, A5, A6, A7, K80, K57, K100, K150. Depending on the paper size used, select the appropriate size for the print template.

(3) Printing orientation: Portrait, Landscape. Choose between portrait or landscape orientation depending on the printer.

(4) Insert dynamic data: This section allows users to insert dynamic data such as order number, salesperson, total amount, product code, product name, quantity, price, etc.

The design elements of the print template are akin to the formatting found in Word or Excel.

Step 3: Click "Add" to create a new print template.

2. Update printing template

At the print template management interface, to update a print template, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the three dots on the right side of the print template

Step 2: Click "Edit" -> Update form appears

Step 3: Enter the information to be updated

Step 4: Click "Update"

3. Delete Printing Template

At the print template management interface, to delete a print template, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the three dots on the right side of the print template

Step 2: Click "Delete"
