Handing over to Shipping unit

Order NOBI: Satisfy the conditions for order handover once the order has been dispatched to the Carrier.

For Shopee, Lazada, TikTok orders: fulfill the requirements to hand over the order when it is in the 'Packing' tab (status: awaiting collection).

Users can hand over the package to the delivery service provider by entering the order number, tracking number, or scanning the BARCODE to change the order status to: 'handed over to delivery service provider'.

Step 1: Create an order and select a shipping carrier

Step 2: Send the package to the shipping carrier, at which point the order will have a tracking number

Step 3: Choose the option to hand over to the shipping service provider

Step 4: Enter the order number or tracking code, or scan the BARCODE to confirm the handover of the order to the courier service.

Users can export files and print delivery notes for the orders they have just handed over to the courier service.
