Tagging Customer

The Nobi Pro system supports customer tagging features that help you easily manage and compile statistics by customer

At the Nobi Pro admin page, to configure and assign tags, go to Settings -> General Settings -> Tagging customer.

1. Add customer tag

Step 1: Click "Add tag" -> Add tag form appears

Step 2: Enter the name of the tag

Step 3: Choose a color for the tag (You can select an available color or choose a different one)

Step 4: Click "Add tag"

2. Update tag

Step 1: Click on the three dots on the right side of the customer tag -> The tag update form will be displayed.

Step2: Click "Delete"

Step 3: Change tag name or change tag color.

Step 4: Click "Update"

3. Delete customer tag

Step 1: Click on the three dots on the right side of the customer tag

Step 2: Click "Delete"

Step 3: Click "Delete"
