Action with Lead

1. Edit the person in charge

In addition to functions such as file import, file export, configuration, adding, and deleting leads, Nobi Pro also supports the feature of reassigning the lead owner.

(1) Check the lead checkbox.

(2) Click on the "Select Action" box

(3) Click "Edit the person in charge"

(4) Form "Chỉnh sửa người phụ trách" Displayed -> Select the person you want to assign as the lead manager (Leaving this blank means you have removed the lead manager).

(5) Click "Update" to complete the transfer of responsibility.

2. Transfer to another branch

The branch transfer feature allows users to reassign a single lead or batch of leads to a different branch.

Steps to excute:

(1) Select the list of leads

(2) Click button "Select Action'

(3) Click button ''Transfer to another branch''

3. Assign Tag

This tagging feature allows users to batch tag leads with a specific label for those leads within the same target group.

Steps to excute:

(1) Select the list of leads within the same target group to tag.

(2) Click "Assign Tag".

(3) Select the desired tag to assign to that lead list.

4. Edit Lead

The lead editing feature allows users to update lead information to the most accurate state.

Steps to excute:

(1)Click on the three dots to the right of the lead.

(2) Click on button ''Edit''

(3) Update lead information on the Customer Update form

5. Delete Lead

There are two methods to delete a lead. However, it should be noted that if a lead is deleted, the corresponding customer in the customer function will also be removed.

Method 1: Click on the three dot to the right of the lead -> Delete-> Delete

Method 2: Check the checkbox next to the leads -> Select the "Thao tác" box -> Delete -> Delete

6. Add tasks / result

This feature allows users to set up task outcomes for leads coming into the Nobi Pro system.

Steps to excute :

(1) Click on the three dot to the right the lead

(2) Click on "Add tasks-result"

(3) Select Tasks

(4) Select Result

(5) Click on "Setting"

7. View Duplicate Leads

The duplicate lead view function allows the lead manager to view a list of duplicate leads within a filtered time period. Duplicate leads are those that have matching phone numbers.

In this duplicate lead view, clicking on the question mark (?) will display a list of leads that have a phone number matching the current lead.

8. Advanced Filters

In the advanced filter view, managers can search for leads by customer group, related UTM parameters of the campaign, province/city, district, related ward/commune, and can filter by the lead creator.

After applying the advanced filters, if you want to view the results with the same filters in the future, click on option number 2, Save Filter, to save it for subsequent uses.
