# Import/export lead file

### 1. Import file from Excel

To ensure that lead information is entered into the system completely and accurately, you need to upload the lead file according to the fields provided by the system's template. You need to click on "Download sample file" to download the template.

 (1) At the lead management interface, click Import Leads File 

(2) Upload the lead file (Ensure the Excel file follows the template) 

(3) Select the campaign for uploading leads (only the campaign of the current branch can be selected) 

(4) Click "Import File"

**Note:** Leads uploaded from a file will automatically filter out duplicates based on phone numbers and emails. If users wish to modify additional columns in the Excel file, please refer to the instructions on adding or removing data fields.

### 2. Export File

Nobi Pro supports users in exporting Lead files, including selected leads or filtered Leads. The steps to export a file are as follows:

Method 1: Export by filtered Lead

(1)Enter filter conditions on the search screen.

(2)Export excel file according to filter results

Method 2: Export by selected Leads

(1) Select Lead to export file.

(2) Click button "Select Action"

(3) Export selected records to file
